The Barry Bridge Park Expansion and Improvement Project in Chester, PA involved the creation of large Greenfield area, relocation of parking lot, creation of riverfront plaza, installation of new fishing and recreation pier, and the rehabilitation of existing boat launch area.

Levittown Town Center is a ground-up redevelopment launched on the site of the former Levittown Shopping Center in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Levittown Shopping Center was once the largest shopping center east of the Mississippi River.

Mishkan Shalom's synagogue is a 27,000 square-foot, 144-year-old felt mill building that was renovated into a congregational facility with a sanctuary, faith-based school, and social hall.

DePaul and Company was contracted by Delta Organization as the site contractor for the expansion project of the Triumph Baptist Church. Construction began in September of 2004 on the site adjacent to the church. The design by architect Pease Associates includes a new 2000 seat sanctuary, classrooms, choir room, and offices.
